Someone was able to come out and take a look at our furnace within a couple hours of calling. Unfortunately, our part needed to be ordered, but they brought it out the next morning. Both service techs were polite and very professional. Would gladly use Colonial again and recommend to family and friends.

Service dept utilized text messages to receive images of HVAC duct issue, provide itemized quote, and set up project: very cool! Service dept then followed up by phone to schedule the appointment and confirm my existing service agreement. Technicians called in advance, were on time, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough (i.e., above and beyond). I'm very satisfied with the quality of their sheet metal and sealant work and still marveling at the skill! Service dept followed with this customer satisfaction survey: no stone left unturned. Moved into our new house about 9 months ago. Started experiencing water heater issues last week. Colonial Heating & Cooling came to address the problem and they provided a very fast, efficient, and helpful service appointment. Very happy with the service they provided and i highly recommended them!
